To put it simple Leap Frog is learning toys and educational gifts. I have recently gone mad on Leap Frog. They have a huge number of toys to choose from. Hey wait did I say toys ? These are pure gadgets that I am talking about. Technologically savvy gadgets. Here I am gonna start with just maybe the simplest of their products to show you what I mean by technologically savvy toys.
This is letter discoveries by Leap Frog. It is a simple gadget that helps your child to learn the alphabets. You know when you send your kids to places like Kumon they actually do not teach the children the alphabets in alphabetical order. Well here you even have the alphabets in the sense of a qwerty keyboard. Heh thats savvy rite.. Wait thats not all you have a few options to it as well.. See the doggy on the top ? His name is Scout. Move him over and you get a few different modes into the system. It sings or rather makes music of the alphabets like the alphabets song. Another mode is as simple asking asking questions such as “can you find the letter Q ?”

Well that is about all for Letter Discoveries but as the title states about two products well here is about Text & Learn. Notice that the toys are getting more technologically savvy here. By the way do you know that Leap Frog has a doll called Scout and Violet that you could actually connect to the internet to download your child’s name ? What it does is greet your child when it is activated. Cool right. Well anyway that is for another story. Now back to Text & Learn.

Hey bro .. i bought the Text & Learn for my son a few months back .. I dont think that this toy is very good larr.. Especially coming from a company like LeapFrog .. They have much better toys which are much more educational .. like the TAG
Well there is a learning path for each and every child according to their growth in education .. i believe that the Text & learn is for a certain age and not for toddlers.. but if you are already at the stage of TAG then your child most probably is learning to read now ..
Stumbled upon your blog when I was looking for Educational toys .. Yes LeapFrog is one of the best when it comes to educational toys.. but there are also other brands out there.. will like to see you talking about them as well

the letter discoveries is a good educational toy for a 2 – 3 year old .. it helps especially with the intonation .. but different children have different learning skills.. my 3 year old now is more interested in my ipad compared to playing with any other toys .. there are also a lot of apps to download for toddlers
i know what you mean .. but we have to restrain our children from playing with GrownUp TOYS and yes i take the iPad as a toy … well for children there is the LeapPad .. Will talk more about that soon I hope

I like the toys from leapFrog as they are very educational .. you should try the learningpath by leapfrog .. it will also show your childs learning curve and what stage they are at now
i know about the learningpath .. registered for it .. have not gone to check back on it though .. you would need to grow with their products to also learn in regards to your childs growth i believe .. let me find out more info on this .. thanks ..
