usb-exercise-dog-good-reminder-for-those-need-tummy-tone-up-exercise-050308.jpg

I know my tummy is getting bigger as spending too much time sitting in front of the computer and drinking my favourite Foster beer. But I’ll always give myself excuses such as having no time to go for sit-up exercise to keep my tummy in good shape. Here comes the USB exercise dog, a cute gadget that could be a good reminder to tell me it’s time to tone up my tummy. The USB exercise dog is purely a toy to keep you amused. Once plugged into your computer’s USB port, it’ll keep doing the sit-up exercise. But, too bad is it’s neither a WiFi dongle nor a USB flash drive. Perhaps, the manufacturer shall think of including any of these functions or both in the next version. It’s simply a good reminder for those really need a tummy tone-up workout!

There seems to be non-stop USB fun coming to your desk. After a few of the birds, the toilets, the music stations, now you get a little USB White Mike Tyson to throw punches for you on behalf. The desktop USB boxer is to be hooked up to your computer’s USB port. And you can control its fists to throw punches against the little punching sack by using your keyboard’s left and right keys.

The up and down keys on your keyboard will make it to rotate its base, which is a turntable. The USB boxer also keeps and displays on your screen for how many successful punches that you’ve landed through him. Simply fun to have on your office, once your nasty boss has screwed up your day and this is where you can simply throw punches to release your anger.

The price of this little gadget is £29.99 .

So is it worth getting this little piece of gadget to keep you happy by your PC when you burn that night oil. I leave this decision up to you guys . Below is a Video of how this things works.

philips-xenium-99j-super-long-battery-life-uses-standard-aaa-batteries-020308.jpg

Have you ever wanted a handphone that does not run out of batteries. No way you are going to get one unless it is solar powered and even so I am not so sure when it will be made available. But here is one that runs on normal AAA batteries. So when your power is low just go to the nearest 7/11 and get yourself that needed power.

Philips’ latest handset - Xenium 9@9j, which they have demoed at this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is also another mobile phone that has excellent battery life, which can last more than a month on standby, similar to other Philips cellphones in the 9@9j series. Besides, the long battery life, the cellphone can use standard AAA battery as the alternative power source. This is a great idea, as AAA batteries can be easily obtained from any grocery shops while your phone is running dry of battery during emergency.

Actually, the Philips Xenium 9@9j does not operate on the AAA battery. It uses advanced power management technology that makes use of the standard AAA battery as a backup only to lengthen the life of its Li-Ion battery, which is the battery used for its operation. Once the Li-Ion battery is running out of juice, the standard backup AAA battery will start kicking in and feeding the Li-Ion with power so your phone operation will not be interrupted.

The single AAA battery can boost the talk time and standby time from 2 hours to 8 hours and one week to a month respectively.

I cant resist beauty and the finer things in life. Maybe that is my downfall. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Forget that crap if you think it is nice and expensive and no one else on your block will have it then make sure you get it. Todays market is all about being the first to get something especially if it is to beautify your home. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars just to make sure that me and my wife have a beautiful home to come back to.

And as most men would agree with that the most favourite place at home to all men is the bathroom or the throne of all men. I cant stand to go to another person’s home to use their lavatory. I must always come home to do my business. Whty is this so. Well because I am more comfortable there and I always think that my place is much nicer and cleaner. Trust me this is just the mentality.

For a good choice of bathroom vanities you could head over to the site given in the link. The picture above is a set of bathroom vanity that could be purchased from that site for a reasonable price. There are so many types of vanities that you could choose from that site that even i myself do not know where to begin. Everything looks so nice. From their single vanity to their double vanity choose yourself and beautify your home today.

This lamp is the Gravia Lamp.

gravia-lamp-makes-use-of-gravity-to-power-its-light-200208.jpg

Gravia Lamp is a super green LED floor lamp that makes use of gravity to generate power for it to glow for hundred years. The Gravia Lamp is the LED lamp that is completely free from electrical cable or any related structure as it needn’t be attached to any power source to shine for you.

The Gravia Lamp makes use of slow fall of a mass to spin a rotor to generate electricity to power up its 10 built-in high-output LEDs. And the lamp has a unique way of turning it on, which works more or less like any hour-glass mechanism. To turn it on, you’ll have to turn it over to move the weights from the bottom to the top of the lamp and then it’ll start its slow falling journey to generate electricity to power the LEDs up and shine the way for you.

The Gravia Lamp is a Virginia tech student’s project, who won the designer, Clay Moulton, the first place of the Greener Gadget award. It’s claimed that this lamp can be used for 200 years at 8 hours a day!

There are some very unique companions for the Macbook Air. Besides, the Macbook paper, we have Macbook Fire, Water and Earth here. They seem to make up a perfect line of the five elements that commonly used in Feng Shui.

The Macbook Earth is surely the greenest laptop ever on earth. Its cover and almost everywhere excepts the keyboard are all grown with green grasses. It has no electrical cord, which the intention is to save power. The main power source will be from the wind and sun. It’s equipped with a phosphorescent screen that consumes extremely tiny power only. The chassis is made up of durable clay which makes it 100% biodegradable. death-of-the-father-scientists-find-way-to-turn-women-bone-marrow-into-sperm-310108.jpg

Hey man, whether you like it or not, you’ll have no role to play at all in the process of creating new life. Or most probably, you’ll be dumped out of this planet as women will become the dominant and they don’t need men anymore.

Truely speaking, I can hardly believe this piece of news. What the UK scientists have told us is that they’ve found a way to turn women’s bone marrow into sperm, which can take men completely out of the process of creating new life. Are the scientists trying to override what GOD has created for us - the normal process, which creation of new life must be from a man and a woman.

They claim it is good for lesbian couples which they can have children biologically owned by them. Hey, we don’t stop here, it’s also good news for the gay as egg cells can be made from the men’s bone marrow too.

Anyway, the method raised couple of critics as it’s not a natural process for creating new life. Definitely against the law of GOD!

The research centres around stem cells - the body’s ‘mother’ cells which can turn into any other type of cell. According to New Scientist magazine, the scientists want to take stem cells from a woman donor’s bone marrow and transform them into sperm through the use of special chemicals and vitamins. Newcastle professor Karim Nayernia has applied for permission to carry out the work and is ready to start the experiments within two months. OMG!
