Acabion GTBO – a jet-fighter-shaped vehicle has claimed the title of world’s fastest road vehicle. Acabion GTBO can reach 300 mph within 30 seconds only and its top speed is 340 mph. This vehicle is considered as the fusion of a four wheeler. On each side of the rear wheel are two mini wheels. The creator of this two wheeler calls it a “road streamliner”.

The body of this super fast vehicle is shaped like a jet figther. Basically the entire design is taking from aerodynamic techniques used in aerospace design, such as the cockpit is designed like one found in jet plane. The GTBO is about 90mph quicker than its nearesr rival, the Bugatti Veyron, which needs 55 seconds to pick up to its top speed, 250mph.

The GTBO carries an astonishing 800 brake horsepower in its 1,300cc turbo-charged engine. And it amazingly weighs just 700lbs, which is only half the weight of an original Mini. Having light weight body is definitely part of the purposes to maximize its power and to be aerodymanically efficient.

The creator of this super fast vehicle is a German, Dr Peter Maskus, who is an ex-Porsche engineer. But it seems like it will take about three years to hit the roads of UK and the USA. And somemore carrying a whopping price of £1.5million or $3 million.
